Why is my website showing no page rank information on Google toolbar?

My website is currently showing no PR information. I wonder whether I may have been penalized by Google. This is my website http://brooger.com

I may not be an expert to tell u the correct anser, but what i know is that ur site may not have been linked with other sites to get the page rank figure. u need to have many back links to eneble google award u the page rank.
If ur figure was somewhere, & then dropped drastically to zer0, then the source of the links must’ve been removed, or (not sure) google penalised u.
