How much does the url name influence Google page rankings?
Example: If I register the domain name www.hongkonghotels.com, will my website show up in the top ten if a user searches on the keywords “hong kong hotels”? (This is just an example, I do not own that url.)
Or are there other tricks that websites with different urls could use to achieve a much higher page ranking?

Google does not rank your website based on your URL. Google uses spiders that will search through your entire website reviewing all of your content and images. The best solution is to hire a SEO programmer who can setup all the meta tags.
