firefox page ranking tool

i have installed web rank tool bar with my Firefox explorer, what does this mean ?

after installing the rank tool bar at Firefox i have been watching my site numbers:
(pages index and Backlinks) some times the numbers get high and some times gets low.
what does this mean and is it when it gets low this means yahoo or any other company (msn , google) are not indexing my site ? and how i can make the numbers gets higher more as it seems higher numbers better site.

Your website rank is change according to no of visitors…So its become high and low…..You can get good rank by writing more and more good fresh contents. …And submit in major search engines and directories…ok good luck bro……….
